For MHA Residence, we developed a consulting programme aimed at making the operational management of its hospitality facilities clearer, more coordinated and fully traceable. The project combined the adoption of task management software with a review of the supplier base, avoiding the common mistake of treating digitalisation as a purely technological implementation. Through a co-design process, we mapped the existing workflows, identified the stakeholders involved and defined roles, responsibilities, service levels and control mechanisms, translating organisational requirements into shared workflows to be configured within the platform. currently engaged, assessing their technical capabilities, service quality and willingness to align with the new processes and tools. Where required, we supported the identification and onboarding of new service providers, guiding both suppliers and internal staff through system onboarding and adoption. The programme was delivered through hands-on support, front- and back-office activities, field testing and training, building on the client’s existing experience while eliminating non-value-adding activities. The result was a clearer and more automated management model in which requests, assignments, deadlines and performance can be monitored with greater continuity, providing MHA Residence with a more robust foundation for governing service quality and the guest experience.
