What

Building Operational Handover is the service through which we support asset owners, developers and operators in taking operational control of a property. We intervene during the transition from construction and handover to day-to-day management, organising technical documentation, responsibilities, processes, suppliers, service requests and control tools. The objective is to transform handover from a vulnerable and fragmented phase into a structured foundation for building operations.
