What
FM Governance Setup is an organisational and strategic consulting service designed to establish, reorganise or strengthen the Facility Management function. Working alongside the client, we co-design organisational objectives, review FM processes, assess capabilities, roles and responsibilities, and support the introduction or implementation of management software. The service combines Design Thinking, facilitated co-design and learning on the job to translate analysis into genuinely applicable solutions. The objective is to make Facility Management clearer, measurable and better equipped to support decision-making, service quality and operational continuity.
Needs
Many Facility Management functions evolve through successive adaptations rather than through deliberate organisational design. As a result, processes, capabilities, digital tools and responsibilities often fail to develop at the same pace as business requirements. The risk is a function characterised by activities that are poorly aligned with organisational objectives, software that is only partially used, fragmented information and teams focused more on responding to urgent issues than on governing service delivery.
