The analysis identified the definition of the service scope and the formalisation of roles, responsibilities and processes, together with the implementation of the CMMS as a governance tool, as the key priorities. On this basis, we supported ART in completing and organising the documentation relating to production buildings and systems, creating a more reliable technical information base. We also provided an outsourced Facility Manager to support corporate projects and development activities. The result was an integrated programme combining organisational design, document governance and on-the-job support, creating the conditions for a more traceable, coordinated Facility Management function fully aligned with production requirements.
