For Fedegari Autoclavi, we began the engagement by initially providing an outsourced Facility Management function to ensure operational continuity across the manufacturing site and support the management of activities during a transitional phase. We subsequently assisted the company in defining the required profile and selecting a new internal Facility Manager, helping identify a professional aligned with the site’s technical, organisational and managerial requirements. Following the appointment of the new Facility, Maintenance and H&S Manager, we continued with a structured support programme aimed at consolidating the function and strengthening its managerial maturity. The work included developing the asset register for building systems and
equipment within the Facility Management and Maintenance scope, defining classification criteria, information requirements and data collection methods shared with the relevant internal functions. In parallel, we supported the integration of the CMMS platform, working on the data structure, ticketing workflows, assigned responsibilities and operating procedures for using the system. The objective was not merely to digitalise service requests, but to make maintenance activities, suppliers, priorities and performance fully traceable and governable. Through on-the-job support, control tools, KPIs and reporting routines, we guided the Facility Manager in progressing from a predominantly operational role to a more autonomous managerial position, capable of delegating, analysing data, governing activities and supporting Management decision-making.
