Between 2023 and 2026, we supported BuildUp through three operational consulting programmes aimed at strengthening its organisation and making the delivery of Facility Management services more governable. The work began with an analysis of the corporate structure, the definition of objectives and the mapping of processes, involving Management and operational teams through workshops, co-design sessions and on-site activities. We redefined roles, responsibilities and operating workflows, formalised shared procedures and supported the integration of processes into the CMMS platform, improving traceability and control.
