In collaboration with Studio EnerGi, we developed the electrical switchboards and their configuration criteria, taking into account expected loads, protection systems, maintainability and the future management of the spaces. The work was carried out through an integrated approach, connecting building systems design with the property’s actual operating requirements. The result was an electrical system aligned with the building’s new office use and designed to ensure functionality, control and structured management over time.
