On this basis, we designed and prepared the tendering process for Hard Facility Management services across the entire site, which comprises multiple uses and diverse operational requirements. The work included defining service scopes, functional lots, maintenance plans, SLAs and KPIs, as well as preparing the technical service specifications, request for proposal and contractual framework. The engagement transformed the site’s actual complexity into clear, measurable and comparable requirements, creating the conditions required to select a supplier commensurate with the technical and operational significance of the manufacturing facility.
