For Futura, we delivered several consulting engagements focused on Facility Management governance and organisational development, working both directly on the company’s internal structure and in support of its clients. For one client operating across the industrial and retail sectors, we assessed and reorganised the Facility Management department, defining the scope of the function, roles, responsibilities and the processes required to govern assets, services and suppliers in a more coordinated manner. The engagement enabled the client to move from a predominantly operational approach to a more structured, transparent and control-oriented management model.
In a separate engagement, we supported Futura in providing contractual advisory to a client in the hospitality sector, contributing to the development and review of agreements governing Facility Management services. The work focused on the accurate definition of activities, the responsibilities of the parties, service levels and control mechanisms, with the objective of reducing ambiguity and making supplier relationships more governable. Finally, we assessed Futura’s own internal Facility Management governance, reviewing its organisational structure, decision-making processes, coordination arrangements and the tools in use. This multifaceted collaboration combined organisational assessment, process design and contractual expertise, adapting the engagement model to the different operating environments
