For ENAIP FVG and ENAIP Nazionale Impresa Sociale, we designed and delivered a series of specialist training programmes on transparency and anti-corruption for different companies and affiliated organisations. The programme was developed to provide a clear and practical interpretation of Law No. 190/2012, linking the regulatory framework to the specific responsibilities of those working within the organisation. The training explored anti-corruption requirements, the role of employees, the code of conduct and the principal controls required to prevent potential risk situations. Delivered through a series of synchronous training session, the
programme also addressed process mapping, corruption risk assessment and the identification of preventive measures best suited to each organisational context. The work went beyond presenting regulatory obligations, translating legal requirements and principles into practical criteria for assessing day-to-day activities, responsibilities and behaviours. Through training delivered by specialists with legal and managerial expertise, we supported ENAIP FVG in developing a rigorous, accessible programme aligned with the needs of its target audience, strengthening internal awareness and the organisation’s ability to apply transparency and anti-corruption controls correctly and effectively.
