The programme led to the definition of a participatory model for identifying future skills requirements, the concept for a digital career guidance platform focused on maritime professions, and the design of a network of shared laboratories connecting education and industry. The engagement combined strategic vision, project management and the ability to integrate diverse capabilities and stakeholders, turning regional dialogue into practical tools to innovate education, career guidance and professional development.
