For the Maritime Technology Cluster FVG, we provided consulting and Project Management services within the Capability Blue Hub FVG project, aimed at strengthening the regional education, training and career guidance ecosystem for professions within the maritime economy. The project involved more than sixty experts from businesses, institutions, schools, universities and training providers, with the objective of building a stable network capable of anticipating future skills requirements and supporting the digital and ecological transition of the Blue Economy. We contributed to the design and coordination of a programme that integrated Futures Thinking, Design
Thinking and the facilitation of multi-stakeholder groups. Through workshops, co-design sessions and prototyping activities, participants explored future scenarios in ship design, recreational boating and port logistics, translating them into operational proposals. The programme led to the definition of a participatory model for identifying future skills requirements, the concept for a digital career guidance platform focused on maritime professions, and the design of a network of shared laboratories connecting education and industry. The engagement combined strategic vision, project management and the ability to integrate diverse capabilities and stakeholders, turning regional dialogue into practical tools to innovate education, career guidance and professional development.
