Our consulting model in FM is inspired by "The Golden Circle" theory where the "WHY," before the "HOW" and "WHAT," is the fundamental reason for any business initiative.







Human centred
Design
We always start with a deep understanding of customers. We adopt the Human Centred Design approach that puts the individual at the center and, combining empathy and the scientific method, brings out clearly the real problems, needs and expectations on which to build and test the best solution. We thus avoid implementing "excellent solutions for wrong problems."





Our three-point intervention model:
- (Human Centred Design) design FM strategies and organization based on a deep understanding of the real needs and expectations of internal and external customers
- (Design Thinking) actively involve the work team by adopting a participatory and experimental method, which develops internal skills and improves the organization to make it more adaptive and resilient to continuous market changes
- (WHW – The Golden Circle) integrate places, people and business activities according to a holistic approach to facility management redesign, functional to the implementation of the business model, to meet the challenges of digital transformation and green transition.

Design
Thinking
The consulting process always includes the active involvement of clients according to a precise structured process of designing change (Design Thinking). The understanding of the problem, the search for the solution, and the verification in the field are always the result of teamwork in which the client is an active participant together with key stakeholders. We therefore adopt a collaborative method that values the client's contribution and aligns people with the long-term goal.






The Golden Circle
The WHY of FM needs to be made explicit, because building assets are not mere tools for the operation of the enterprise, but are the environment in which everything happens. Improving them, according to an integrated and holistic approach, means increasing the competitive advantage of the enterprise in terms not only of cost reduction and better functionality of spaces, but also of organizational well-being (increased productivity) and better customer experience (strategic marketing).
